Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Multitui, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.
License Grant
Personal License (Free)
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Multitui Personal on any Mac computers you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes.
Pro License (Subscription)
Multitui Pro is licensed on a subscription basis. Your Pro license grants you access to Pro features for the duration of your active subscription. The license is:
- Non-exclusive and non-transferable
- Valid on the number of devices specified in your subscription plan
- Subject to periodic license validation
Generated Applications
Apps you create with Multitui are yours. You may use, distribute, and share them freely. However:
- Generated apps may not be used for any illegal purpose
- You are responsible for the commands and configurations in your apps
- We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party software you integrate
Subscription Terms
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Multitui
- Circumvent license validation or security measures
- Share your Pro subscription credentials with others
- Use Multitui to create malicious software
- Use Multitui in violation of any applicable laws
Intellectual Property
Multitui and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gelatinous Development Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Multitui is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gelatinous Development Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Multitui.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gelatinous Development Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Multitui or violation of these terms.
Updates and Modifications
We may update Multitui and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
